Name, contact details (e-mail, phone), reservation and tour preferences, transaction data related to payment, and technical data related to site usage (cookies/logs).
Creating the membership account, providing reservation and tour services, carrying out payment processes, customer support and communication, fulfilling legal obligations and improving service quality.
Your data is processed based on the establishment/performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, establishment/exercise of a right, legitimate interest and, where necessary, explicit consent (KVKK art. 5).
Your data may be shared, only to the extent required by the service, with payment institutions/banks, authorized business partners, service providers and authorized public authorities in accordance with the legislation.
Your data is collected through the website, reservation forms, e-mail and electronic communication channels by automated and partly automated means.
Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and foreseen by the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data; to request deletion/destruction where conditions are met; to request notification of these actions to third parties; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages.
You may submit your requests in writing to info@novaraft.com or to the address above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest. You also reserve the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
The essential characteristics, duration, scope and, if any, transfer details of the tour/activity services (rafting and similar outdoor activities) provided by NovaRaft are stated on the relevant tour page and in the reservation summary.
The total sales price including VAT is clearly shown in the reservation summary before the payment step. Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the secure payment infrastructure. Services included and excluded from the price are stated on the tour page.
The service is performed at the date and time selected by the Buyer, at the stated meeting/operation point. Date/time may change due to weather and safety reasons.
Pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services related to leisure or recreation to be provided on a specific date (tours, rafting and similar outdoor activities) are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal (Regulation art. 15/1-g). Therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply to such reservations; cancellations and refunds are handled under the conditions in Article 4 above.
For cancellations requested by the Buyer, refund rates are as follows:
Date change: The reservation date may be changed once free of charge, subject to availability, up to at least 48 hours before the tour date.
Cancellations by NovaRaft: If the tour is cancelled by NovaRaft due to adverse weather, safety, insufficient participation or operational/force majeure reasons, the full amount is refunded or, at the Buyer's preference, rescheduled to a suitable date free of charge.
Refunds are credited to the card/payment method used, within a few business days depending on the relevant bank.
The Buyer may submit requests and complaints via the contact channels above. For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
The Buyer acknowledges having read this Pre-Information Form and having been informed before approving the Distance Sales Agreement.
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between the Seller (NovaRaft), whose details are below, and the Buyer (consumer) who makes a reservation electronically through the website.
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the tour/activity service ordered by the Buyer electronically through the NovaRaft website, whose characteristics and sales price are specified on the site.
The Buyer completes the reservation by reviewing the selected tour, date, number of people, transfer preference, the total amount including VAT and the payment information. The total price is clearly shown to the Buyer before the payment step. Payment is made by credit/debit card through the secure payment infrastructure provided on the site. After payment confirmation, a reservation record is created and the Buyer is notified. Performance of the tour may change due to weather, safety, operational requirements or force majeure.
For cancellations requested by the Buyer, refund rates are as follows:

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or the place of transaction have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. The Buyer may submit complaints and requests to the Seller via the contact channels stated above.
Before proceeding to payment, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood and electronically approved all terms of this agreement and the Pre-Information Form. The agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval.
