TRThis agreement regulates the basic sales terms for tour reservations and payment transactions made electronically through the NovaRaft website.
The user completes the reservation by reviewing the selected tour, date, number of people, transfer preference, total amount, and payment information. After payment confirmation, a reservation record is created and the user is notified.
The performance of tour services may change due to weather conditions, safety, operational requirements, or force majeure. Cancellation, refund, and date-change conditions are evaluated according to the relevant reservation policies.
Before proceeding to the payment step, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood the service details, total price, and sales terms.
