Data controller: NovaRaft processes your personal data to carry out membership and reservation processes.
Your first name, last name, email, phone, reservation preferences, and payment-related transaction information may be used to create your membership account, keep reservation records, run customer support processes, and fulfill legal obligations.
Your personal data may be processed based on your explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and legitimate interest. Your data may be shared only to the extent required by the service with authorized business partners, payment institutions, and legal authorities.
Under GDPR, you may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and object to your personal data through NovaRaft's contact channels.
Membership Agreement
This agreement defines the membership terms of use between the user who creates an account on the NovaRaft website and NovaRaft.
The user accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. The user is responsible for account security, password confidentiality, and transactions made through the membership account.
Through the membership account, NovaRaft may offer reservation history, payment status, contact information, and user-specific conveniences. Membership processes may be updated due to system security, service quality, or legal requirements.
The user agrees not to use the membership account in a manner contrary to the law, good faith, or the site's intended use.
Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement regulates the basic sales terms for tour reservations and payment transactions made electronically through the NovaRaft website.
The user completes the reservation by reviewing the selected tour, date, number of people, transfer preference, total amount, and payment information. After payment confirmation, a reservation record is created and the user is notified.
The performance of tour services may change due to weather conditions, safety, operational requirements, or force majeure. Cancellation, refund, and date-change conditions are evaluated according to the relevant reservation policies.
Before proceeding to the payment step, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood the service details, total price, and sales terms.
